Did you know . . . sun exposure accounts for 90% of wrinkles??? It takes 20-30 years before we actually see the changes and damages. It’s the main cause for aging and wrinkles. Even if it is a cloudy day, UVA rays can still penetrate through just about anything.
To protect yourself from sun damage throughout the year, daily use of SPF (sun protector factor) is important. SPF protects you from UVB Rays and acts like a gauge to measure how much time you can be expose to the sun before getting burned. The sunscreen you are selecting should protect you from UVA exposure as well and should either be labeled PA, PA++, or PA+++ depending on how much protection is needed.
